Dear friends, dear music lovers,
I am Dietlinde Stroh – filmmaker, producer, and founder of One Voice, an app and movement that is just beginning.
I believe in the power of music to connect people.
After my project Unvergesslich – Unser Chor für Menschen mit Demenz, I realized that a shared song can create more closeness than a thousand words.
Even when people do not know each other.
Even when they no longer remember.
Music connects.
One Voice is an app that makes this possible:

I believe in the power of music to connect people. After my project “Unvergesslich – Our Choir for People with Dementia,” it became clear to me: A shared song can create more closeness than a thousand words. Even if you don’t know each other. Even if you can’t remember each other. Music connects.
One Voice is an app that makes this possible: It shows you where people are singing together near you – whether in the living room, in a choir, at school, in a nursing home or outside in the park.

Die Vision ist groß – und jetzt suche ich Menschen, die mich auf diesem Weg unterstützen:
- Choir directors who would like to be involved
- Networkers who can open doors
- Financial supporters who help turn the idea into reality
- And people who simply share this idea – think further – make it visible.
We’re currently developing the first prototype. By the beta phase in fall 2025, I want to include as many voices, perspectives, and partners as possible—so that One Voice truly works for everyone.
